In short
- This website sets no cookies and does not use your browser's local storage.
- There are no analytics or advertising services and no embedded fonts, scripts or content from third parties.
- There are no forms, no accounts and no newsletter.
- Only the technical data that inevitably arises when a website is requested is processed.
Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, California, USA). When you request a page, Netlify processes technically necessary data in order to deliver the page and keep the service secure: IP address, date and time of the request, the address requested, the amount of data transferred, the referring page, and browser and operating system.
The legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). According to Netlify, access logs are kept for no more than 30 days.
Netlify acts as a processor (Art. 28 GDPR). Data may be transferred to the USA in the process; the transfer is safeguarded by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Contact by email
If you send an email, your address and the content of your message are processed in order to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). The message is deleted once the request has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply.
The blimb app
This policy applies to the website. The app has its own privacy information, which will be provided when it is released.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), to rectification (Art. 16), to erasure (Art. 17), to restriction of processing (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). A message to the email address above is sufficient.
If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
Changes
This policy will be updated when the website or the legal situation changes, for example once a download or a purchase is offered. The version published here applies.
